Jess is originally from Yorba Linda, California, and previously worked for Kaiser Permanente for 2 years.
She received her Bachelor of Arts at Baylor University and then went on to complete her Doctorate at University of the Pacific. She is licensed by the state of Texas to practice audiology and fit hearing aids.
In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Baylor Bears, especially during football season, and spending quality time traveling with her husband and young son.
